Return Policy
Merchandise
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days of your original purchase date. No refunds will be issued. All merchandise must be returned in new, unopened/unworn condition with all original tags attached. All leotard, tight and legwarmer sales are final.
Kindly email customerserivce@balletbeautiful.com for the return address. Be sure to include your name and order number. All return/exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Workout Subscription and Streaming Videos
All streaming video, class and DVD purchases are final, including charges from the Custom Workout subscription. We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges.
Private Training and VIP Subscription Consultation
All sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Once the item(s) have been received and your return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact), we will ship your new items or apply your store credit to your Ballet Beautiful account. Credit will be for the price paid minus any shipping fees.
Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Ballet Beautiful reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit, including items which are not in the same new/unworn condition in which they were received.
